Healthy Sail Protocols

In light of recent global health concerns cruise lines are taking a number of different steps to ensure the safety of all guests and crew. In addition to closely following the advice of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention a number of other measures designed to improve safety have been instituted.

Many cruise lines will initially be requiring all guests and crew to obtain the Covid-19 vaccination at least two weeks prior to boarding in order to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission.

Most cruise lines have established protocols as they relate to vaccination / testing requirements, onboard social distancing, enhanced air filtration, upgraded medical facilities, vaccinating and crew testing, enhanced boarding and disembarkation processes, enhanced cleaning protocols, dining protocols and more. All of these enhancements will allow them to provide a safe and comfortable cruise environment.

We are sorry that you need to cancel but given the global situation we certainly understand. In order to process your cancellation please complete the cancellation form below. Please understand that, given the high call volume, it will take 48-72 hours to process the cancellation. It is the guests responsibility to ensure that the cancellation form is submitted with sufficient time to meet any cancellation deadlines. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation once it has been processed. Please see the revised cancellation policies that are in place specific for your cruise line. If Allianz Global Assistance Insurance has been purchased with Cruise.com, the $50 cancellation fee will be waived. I acknowledge that canceling this invoice will result in a $50 cancellation fee per invoice imposed by Cruise.com in conjunction with any applicable cancellation fees imposed by the cruise line. The cruise line may also impose cancellation penalties of up to 100% of the cruise amount for cancellations and changes (for the complete cancellation policy of the cruise line, please refer to the cruise line's brochure or the cruise lines website). Refunds require a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks for processing and are subject to the policies of the individual cruise line or travel provider. I am responsible for the payment of this cancellation fee.

NOTE: Cancellations are only accepted from the individual(s) who has paid the deposit/final payments. The cancellation fee will be charged to the original form of payment which was used to pay for the cruise.
