Host Agency Team Member ($15/hr)

Skills Required to Build your success:

Social media experience a MUST (internship, work, or as part of your degree
Marketing experience or education a PLUS

Strong communication skills (in person, on the phone, and written).
Ability to work from office a MUST(Dania Beach, FL)
Must be highly proficient in sales and closing techniques
Excellent English verbal communication skills (Fluency in a second language is a plus)
Computer literate, ability to learn Cruise.com technology
Strong analysis and problem solving skills
Must be able to work a 40 hour, 5 day workweek 9am – 6pm M-F.

Leisure Travel Agent (Cruise Sales) ($14.42/hr)

To book domestic and international travel arrangements ranging from cruises airline tickets, rail, land, tour packages, group tours, hotels, and car rentals to full vacation packages and other leisure products as requested by clients. To take client calls from the Cruise.com ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) system. Occasionally attends company sponsored cruise nights, trade shows, and agency events as necessary. The majority of the work will involve cruises and land packages with the possibility of pre and post extensions, packaged tours, and independent travel arrangements (FITs).

HR Assistant ($17.00 - $20.00/hr)

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a broad knowledge of human resources functions such as recruitment, on-boarding, and benefits. This individual works closely with the Human Resources Manager to support departmental needs and ensure compliance with company, multi-state and federal policies and employment laws. This is an in-office position with work hours of Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm EST.

REMOTE JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Cruise Sales Agents (Home-Based) - Requires at least two years of recent cruise sales work experience, preferably in a call center environment, selling all of the major cruise lines. Language fluency in English/Spanish is required for some openings. Our cyber sales agents sell cruise vacations and other leisure travel options to potential customers through inbound telephone calls, outbound calls and email leads. Our cyber sales agents are expert closers and are adept at upselling cruise vacations to maximize the customer experience as well as revenue. We are seeking true sales professionals to can meet or exceed minimum monthly sales productivity goals to maximize their financial reward. These positions offer base pay plus a generous commission plan. Sales positions in the company require selling Allianz insurance, our exclusive insurance partner. Offering insurance through our proprietary technology is part of our training program.

Sales Supervisor (Cruise) ($35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year) - Supervises assistant sales supervisors, cyber sales agents, customer service representatives, and cyber service representatives in the sales and service departments. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff and specifically responsible for assigned team performance in all areas. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Remote Trainer (Cruise Industry) ($45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year) - An experienced Trainer who will update and conduct training on all current and future products. A strong working knowledge of cruise reservation system(s), sales, customer service, and product training programs. Trainer will work directly with Cruise.com/Omega World Travel company employees and independent contractors (affiliates). A person who will grow, manage and maintain the Training and Development Center. Coordinates with approved vendors to schedule and oversee vendor training, agent/affiliate incentive contests and/or promotions, company training/familiarization trips, trade shows or other ventures deemed to fall within the purview of training in conjunction with the in-house Event Planner and other designated individuals on an ongoing or project basis. This is a full-time, remote position. The hours of this position are 9:00AM until 6:00PM Monday through Friday or as otherwise determined on a project by project basis.
