About Scarlet Lady
Scarlet Lady will be the first of Virgin Voyages game-changing "Lady Ships" when she debuts in 2020. Modern and sophisticated, this midsized flagship is 110,000 tons, the ideal size for many adventures and itineraries. She accommodates 2,770 "sailors" - Virgin's term for passengers, who can expect a wonderfully relaxed vacation.
Designed to be your sanctuary at sea, Scarlet Lady is exclusive to adults aged 18 and older. While she is brimming with desirable amenities, what you won't find is a "traditional" main dining room, buffet or anything onboard with the word "formal" in front of it.
"Vitamin Sea" is the line's term for its focus on your well-being. Scarlet Lady boasts lots of outdoor spaces for guests get their Vitamin D the natural way, such as the sundeck, Crow's Nest, an athletic club, a pool and more.
Pamper your mind, body and soul at the thermal spa, inspired by an underwater cave. Sailors are sure to relish the hydrotherapy pool, mud room, cold plunge pools, quartz beds and more. Now that you are revitalized, try a new style at the hair salon or treat yourself to a haircut and shave at the ship's convenient barbershop. An exciting addition is the first-ever tattoo studio at sea. Active cruisers can participate in a selection of high-intensity workouts, spinning, kick-boxing and other high-octane endeavors. You may choose to lift weights, do laps on the outdoor track and find your Zen in yoga classes. Unwind and enjoy your favorite cocktail at the cabanas, complete with cooling fans.
Tantalizing dining is offered on Scarlet Lady in upwards of 20 venues with a diverse range of options, from casual fare to haute cuisine. Choose from glamorous settings and al fresco venues, as well as its largest restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take your taste buds on a voyage of their own with international favorites including a Korean BBQ, an upscale Mexican restaurant and a beach club-styled eatery. Sharpen your culinary skills in a test kitchen that doubles as a restaurant. You'll also have access to 24/7 room service.
Thoughtfully designed accommodations are available on the ship. A high percentage of cabins feature ocean views and a vast majority of those include a balcony, which Virgin calls a Sea Terrace. Solo cabins are also available for independent voyagers. Presence sensors detect when someone has entered or left the stateroom and conserve energy. All boast an in-room entertainment system, HDTV, mini-bar, tablet and more. Rain showerheads are found in the bathrooms and handcrafted hammocks reside on many of the balconies. Most also have an innovative Seabed that converts from a bed to a lounger. Book one of the RockStar Suites and take advantage of perks such as "swimsuit drying", a personal assistant, wardrobe coordinator, early entry to various onboard eateries and entertainment and exclusive admittance to Richard's Rooftop. If you've ever wanted to dance on the table Virgin's got you covered. Some of the largest suites have tables with attached stairs, hot tub, hammocks and the private outdoor showers give new meaning to "air drying."

Wrapping panoramic views from the corner of the ship are emphasized by design choices in this suite. Enjoy custom interior wicker chairs in this, the highest and biggest of the Cheeky Corner terraces, meant to maximize sea views - in this case, the wake view. Sailors will gaze at the sea while relaxing near the gorgeous outdoor Champagne table or kicking back in the hand-woven hammock chair. After they’ve finished soaking in the views, Sailors can indulge in some classics with their vinyl record player and a personalized, fully stocked, in-room bar. Then they’ll freshen up in the expansive top to bottom marble bathroom featuring the Roomiest Rainshower. Sleeps up to two.
